
Meet the Founding Director and Speech Pathologist, Talia Givoni
Talia Givoni (formerly Blumberg) is a certified practising speech pathologist and the founder of The Talking Ground. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Masters of Speech Pathology) with Honours and was recognised as Dux of her graduating year. Talia is a certified member of Speech Pathology Australia and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, holistic, and neuroaffirming therapy that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Talia is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and their families build strong communication skills, grow in confidence, and feel supported in every step of their journey. She creates a calm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where each person’s strengths are celebrated and their potential encouraged to flourish.
Approach
At The Talking Ground, therapy is grounded in communication and designed to support growth in confidence. Talia’s approach is client-centred and respectful of neurodiversity, recognising that communication is deeply connected to emotional regulation, relationships, and overall well-being.
She works closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy is connected, consistent, and centred on the whole person. Every session is tailored to the individual, focusing on their strengths, needs, and preferred communication style.
